How do I get my Tuscan Pottery Serving Dish?
1. Save either three (3) proofs of purchase (UPC symbols) from any SEEDS OF CHANGE® Brand products or an original cash register receipt dated between February 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007 showing the purchase of any three (3) SEEDS OF CHANGE® Brand products (with purchases circled) for each Serving Dish ordered.
2. Include $5.00 for shipping & handling for each Serving Dish ordered.
3. Mail completed
