Ranging from mild to red hot, Seeds of Change Simmer Sauces will be available in four authentic and carefully crafted flavors inspired by classic Indian dishes: Korma, Tikka Masala, Jalfrezi, and Madras.

Seeds of Change Simmer Sauces are available in the following flavors:

  • Korma Simmer Sauce — A mild, creamy curry sauce that combines organic coconut and a fragrant blend of turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom with fresh cream.

  • Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce — A gentle curry sauce that offers a traditional marriage of tomato and cream, accented with warm, aromatic Indian spices, including cayenne, cumin, coriander, cloves and ginger, to create a beautifully authentic and rich sauce.

  • Jalfrezi Simmer Sauce — An exotic medium-hot simmer sauce that provides a real kick with black pepper, chili, cumin and coriander with just a subtle hint of coconut.
