  1. Heat oil in pan, sauté cardamom seeds and crushed black pepper for 1 minute, add prawns, asparagus and carrots.
  2. Sauté 2 minutes, then add sauce and simmer until prawns are cooked.
  3. Adjust the consistency of the sauce by adding warm water if desired.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and serve with steamed rice.
